HALT, is a 'not-for-profit organization' that is dedicated to helping to find a solution to eventually stop bullying, abuse and domestic violence. As a society, we need to work together in order to find a solution that will eventually stop this ‘local terrorism’.
We have built this website as a complete resource for everyone to access for whatever information is needed to help with this crusade. We offer:

2. A section design to offer help in many areas, in all Provinces and States throughout North America, such as:

Humanity Against Local Terrorism does not provide therapy, treatment, mental health care, or medical care but we will provide information on training programs, research, and other educational aspects of bullying, abuse and domestic violence prevention. We will also respond to requests for training and presentations. All inquiries regarding those in crisis will be directed to the ‘Where to Find Help’ listing link on the right hand side of this page.
